Matt has over ten years experience in Information Technology consulting around sales, sales management, CRM process and implementation, and solution delivery. He has contributed to the growth of the company by building local client relationships, working closely with Microsoft and their partner community, and leading the CRM specialization. Matt has worked in a wide range of industries including financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage banking, manufacturing and distribution, retail energy, and software. His passion is helping clients deploy process and technology to improve the experience which they provide to their customers.
During his career, Matt has delivered many projects including a CRM strategy to a large retail energy company to reduce customer churn, a CRM implementation to an insurance carrier which increased revenue and maximized their channel, and a CRM implementation to a high-tech manufacturer which improved efficiency of sales and customer service. His experience outside of CRM includes project recovery, custom development, website redesign, eCommerce, and infrastructure.
