ABOUT YOUR PROFILE
Use your SalesBook profile to stay in front of your customers and prospects. Do this by creating your Contact Card and adding a picture.

Complete the Media Panels below your contact card with the information about your products & services. You have up to 5 panels to help organize your information. SalesBook will auto-search your Media Panels and identify keyword tags that are submitted to the Search Engines.  The more relevant text you place on your profile the more likely you will be found by interested decision-makers.

Create file folders in your MyContent section and upload files. Anything that would be of interest to your visitors. Important Note: the names of the items you upload into My Content olders are submitted to the Search Engines such as Google and Yahoo!  Best to load up your My Content folders with relevant information thoughtfully labeled.

Upload your contacts. You need to do this because this how you will decide who has access to which private folder. You will also want to schedule some announcements to send to these contacts. You can create contact groups so when you send email announcements you can select the group rather than each individual contact.

Send E-mail Announcements

View Reports to see whose visiting your profile, reading your announcements, and downloading your file content.

   is posted meeting your criteria.
- Customer References: add your customer
   recommendations to your profile. This "references"
   panel will be placed at the top of your profile on the
   right and scroll every 10 seconds to a different
   statement.
- Photo Carousel: add a photo carousel to your profile
   so visitors can scan through hundreds of pictures and
   click to enlarge those they'd like to see.

- Lead Exchange: Now you can post public or private
   leads and search for leads that best match your
   needs.
- VetsBook.com: a place for veterans to network,
   share, colloborate, and search for employment
   opportunites.
- Help Portal: our new help portal is now live. Search
   the help Knowledge base, click for live help, and more.
   Click the 'help' link at the top of any SalesBook page.
- Character Counters: have been added to many of the
   panels and fields such as the Media/Text panels.

RESOURCES & TOOLS
Here is a list of tools that you can get for free from other internet websites and use on your SalesBook profile:

Calendar - view and customize the appearance of the calendar, press the "Copy Me" button, then press the [+] button, and copy the code. Return to your SalesBook profile and 'edit' the panel where you would like to place the calendar, click the [html] button and paste the code into the window. Click the [update] button and your calendar should appear.





Survey / Visitor Poll - ask your profile visitors a few questions about their satisfaction with your product/service, plan to purchase within x days, or anything else. Create a free account, create your poll, copy the code and return to your SalesBook profile.  Edit the panel of your choice, click the [html] button and paste the code in the window.  Click the update button and your poll should appear.





Telephone Conferencing - Need to invite several people to a conference call? This free feature allows you to give a telephone number and access code to needed participants and each person can call in at the designated time. You can also click a button and record the call for free.

You can upload your contacts from a csv file into your SalesBook Contact Manager. Simply paste the column of first names, Last names, email addresses, and phone numbers into the indicated columns on the attached, save as a csv file and upload into your SalesBook.
