Overview
As a Vice President in the Dallas office, Susan brings deep experience in the business side of IT Consulting. She has developed and implemented systems for Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, CRM and Sales Analytics which led to her co-authoring the Sales Operations Framework, a guide to implementing an effective sales organization. Having built and managed sales teams, corporate partnerships and branch offices for both start-ups and global systems integrators, Susan provides clients operational as well as technology insights.
Experience
Ms. Susan Paul has twenty five years of experience in consulting, sales, sales management, alliance management and executive management with companies ranging from start-ups to global systems integrators. She has served as National Sales Director for a $400 million technology consulting company. She has managed sales teams spanning large geographies and grew a start up territory to $40 million in sales over a two year period. Ms. Paul has experience cultivating channel relationships to generate multi-million dollar revenue streams. Her efforts won her multiple vendor awards as well as successive President’s Club awards. She has worked with numerous CRM systems, sales methodologies, compensation and territory management models. She has experience developing sales operations processes and reporting to increase sales force efficiency and hiring and recruiting efforts.
Education and Service
Susan is actively involved in the business community through the DFW IT Roundtable, International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners and Success North Dallas. Ms. Paul earned a BS from the University of Michigan with dual majors in Economics and Biochemistry. She went on to earn an MBA from the University of Chicago.
