New features

Salesbook is growing because we listen to our customers. The roadmap planned in the R&D department therefore consists not only of the features we have dreamt of, but above all the real demands made by our customers. Today we have the pleasure of handing over to you our result of several months of our work – the CRM module.
The acronym CRM comes from the English term Customer Relationship Management. CRM is therefore primarily an organizational philosophy, which it adopts as a way of communicating with its most important business environment. Such a philosophy includes many minor findings that relate to it: methods of customer acquisition and onboarding, customer service procedures, sales, information policy, etc.
You can immediately see that a CRM system can easily expand to a quite complex process, which is supervised not only by the sales department, but also by marketing, legal or PR departments. Therefore, for its correct implementation and supervision, special software has been created, which facilitates process management for all interested parties. These types of applications have taken over the main name of this area and we popularly call them simply CRM systems.
The market of CRM tools is very extensive today and the largest IT companies in the world operate on it. This is reflected in the degree of adoption of CRM systems on the market. According to Gartner, as many as 91% of companies that employ at least 10 salesmen use this type of applications.
Many of our customers have integrated Salesbooks into their external CRM system. This was an obvious solution, especially since the Salesbook integrates seamlessly with these platforms using an open API.
However, some of our customers did not want to maintain two systems – this resulted in additional costs and the need to focus on maintaining IT tools rather than developing their own business.
Today, we meet the needs of such customers by presenting the Salesbook CRM module. Its most important functions are described below.
Below you will find a photo gallery, which illustrates the possibilities of our solution.
It will certainly be quite pleasant for everyone to know that our CRM module complements the standard Salesbook offer. This means that current and future users of our application can use it free of charge.
